Zurich has a temperate climate. There is a lot of precipitation in the summer months, and the temperatures range from 36F to 75F on average. This is a great place to visit for those who hate the burning heat in the summer, and who love to curl up by a fire in the winter.

Winter temperatures between November through March average from -15 ºC to 13 ºC. Spring temps can range from -2 ºC up to 25 ºC. The very comfortable summertime temperatures range between 6 ºC and 30 ºC. And finally autumn typically brings temperatures from 0 ºC to 22 ºC.
Zurich's climate is not usually the reason it is such a popular destination, although the seasonal activities are – such as skiing and skating in the wintertime, and swimming, boating, sunbathing and picnicking in the summertime. These activities are why most locals and tourists flock to the city throughout the year.
