Calle Larga XXII Marzo is a wide street from west of Piazza San Marco to the expansive Campo Santo Stefano offers expensive clothing and gift boutiques, and some of the best window-shopping in Venice.

Frezzeria, not far from Piazza San Marco, offers an intriguing mix of bars, souvenir shops, and clothing stores.

Mercatino dell’Antiquariato takes place three times during the year in Campo San Maurizio. This is a 3-day weekend market during April, September, and the weekend before Christmas. Over 100 vendors sell a wonderful mix of everything from Murano glass to some of the oddest collectibles imaginable. There are some expensive and rare antiques to be found in this market for those who arrive early.

The Murano Art Shop at San Marco 1232 is a wonderful shop. Wall space is covered with crafts made by the cities own artisans. This is a cultural warehouse filled with timeless and contemporary crafts that offer visitors a chance to purchase a sample of the magic and romance of Venice.
