Oslo Weather Forcast Norway - The climate in Oslo is affected by the North Atlantic Current and the Norwegian Current which makes Norway somewhat temperate in spite of being a northern country. Oslo is viewed as the winter capital, bringing in visitors for all of the surrounding winter sports that are available, however Oslo is also very much a summer city – with gorgeous summer days along the harbor that are perfect for boating and picnicking.

Winter temperatures between November through March average from -15 ºC to 13 ºC. Spring temps can range from -2 ºC up to 25 ºC. The very comfortable summertime temperatures range between 6 ºC and 30 ºC. And finally autumn typically brings temperatures from 0 ºC to 22 ºC.
Oslo's climate is not usually the reason it is such a popular destination, although the seasonal activities are – such as skiing and skating in the wintertime, and swimming, boating, sunbathing and picnicking in the summertime. These activities are why most locals and tourists flock to the city throughout the year.
