The Skyway, an elevated train, runs from the Florida Community College campus through downtown to the Southbank Riverwalk. The free Trolley service runs east and west through downtown along Bay Street. On the ocean, the St. Johns River Ferry (www.stjohnsriverferry.com) offers river crossing from Mayport to Fort George. The Ferry offers an enjoyable time-saving trip to Amelia Island.
