Glasgow Scotland Shopping - Princes Square (www.princessquare.co.uk) is a very upscale shopping center. It is quite modern, and resides inside a beautifully renovated Victorian building. This mall features a number of specialty stores including fashion outlets as well as a number of fantastic dining options.

St. Enoch Shopping Centre (www.stenoch.com) offers some more affordable merchandise than at Princes Square. Officially opened in 1989, it is a major retail destination and features 750,000 square feet of retail space with planned renovations that will make it 1 million square feet. The mall has brand name and independent retailers such as Debenhams, Burton, Virgin, and many more. It has a very large food court for weary shoppers to rest.

The Barras, held every Saturday and Sunday, is just east of Glasgow’s George Square. This unique and historic market offers an abundant array of special treasures at various stalls and shops. This market holds auctions as well – it is an interesting and fun taste of traditional street vending.
